Junior Software Engineer - ServiceNow

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer - ServiceNow for a global company in Eskilstuna.

Start is in June 2026, 6-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

As a Software Engineer for ServiceNow, you will be part of a skilled agile team responsible for a suite of applications hosted on the ServiceNow platform. Together with the team, you will manage support, maintenance, product enhancements, and the continuous evolution of these applications.

Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, designing and developing solutions that meet those needs, and ensuring that all development follows ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. You will work in a Scrum team operating in 3‑week sprints, handling a mix of larger initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the solution leader, and the development team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with SaaS platform architecture.

• Several years of experience as a software developer/engineer.

Hands‑on experience with:

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and custom API development.

• Strong understanding of the Glide API and ServiceNow development best practices.

• Fluent in Swedish and English required.

Strong Merits (Preferred)

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and its best‑practice guidelines.

• Previous experience in developing and managing the ServiceNow platform.

• Proven ability to deliver maintainable, custom‑built applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a full-time consultant position in Eskilstuna through Incluso. Start is in June 2026, 6-months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.
