Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead sub-projects within a large-scale factory and robotics campus development program
  • Manage industrial production and manufacturing-related projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Coordinate 2–3 parallel projects with varying durations and technical scopes
  • Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of technical specialists and operational stakeholders
  • Support production development, factory relocation, and new product introduction initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between project teams, line organization, suppliers, and global stakeholders
  • Drive project execution related to logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, and quality assurance
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvements within industrial production and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure delivery according to agreed quality, cost, and schedule objectives
  • Contribute to structured project governance and reporting activities

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing industrial or production-related projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse technical and operational teams
  • Experience working with production development, factory projects, or product introduction initiatives
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial production processes
  • Experience with logistics, assembly, testing, verification, and quality assurance operations
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong planning, execution, and project coordination capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers and global stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and technically complex industrial environments
