Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate the project team, stakeholders, and suppliers toward defined project goals and delivery according to the receiving organization’s requirements.
• Define project scope, interfaces, and exclusions in a structured project plan.
• Monitor and manage project performance regarding risk, SHE, quality, budget, timeline, organization, documentation, and function.
• Lead design and functional development of equipment investments to ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Develop procurement documentation and requirement specifications and evaluate suppliers in collaboration with purchasing.
• Resolve technical challenges within the project scope.
• Plan and lead installation, start-up, and commissioning of production equipment.
• Plan and ensure validation activities are executed in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Provide project-specific training to the receiving organization.
• Ensure structured documentation and archiving according to applicable SOPs.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in project management of investment projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently.
• Experience managing equipment investments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, validation processes, SHE, and quality management.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical interest and understanding of production equipment and systems.
