Senior Java Developer & Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer & Scrum Master for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in June 2026, 12-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Java backend developer and are looking for curious minds that love collaboration and are interested in the future of mobility within the automotive industry. This is a split role 50% Scrum Master over a team of 6 developers and 50% as one of the developers in the team.



Who are you?

You are an experienced backend DevOps software developer with experience within Java programming.

 Mandatory skills:

• Experience in Scrum Master/team lead roles

• Very skilled in Java backend (+10 years)

• Very skilled in TypeScript

• Experience from AWS (primary Serverless)

• Understanding of Micro services, architecture and design

• DB skills (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience working with GitHub

• Skilled in Spring Boot

• Experience from Asynchronous programming

• Experience in Unix, Linux

• Experience in Test Driven Development

• Experience in CI/CD

• Experience of Agile way of working (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)



Bonus:

- Experience in Automotive industry and connectivity.

- Understanding of scalability and experience of load tests of software solutions

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in June 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
