Product Manager – Grow with Us in an International Environment

Your Role

As a Product Manager, you will own a defined product area and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive development and deliver customer value. Acting as the link between R&D, marketing, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping both product strategy and execution.

You will:

• Lead the product development process and act as Product Owner toward development teams

• Define and manage the product portfolio, strategy, and value proposition to ensure business success

• Prioritize features and manage scope to meet project goals

• Maintain key documentation such as roadmaps, backlogs, and high-level requirements

• Identify customer needs through market research in collaboration with UX and Marketing

• Drive new product initiatives based on insights, data, and existing ideas

• Support internal teams and external partners with product expertise

• Contribute to marketing materials and product launches

• Oversee products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to continuous improvement

About You

You are an experienced professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re comfortable working independently, navigating complexity, and making sound decisions that drive results.

Experience in clinical or anatomic pathology, as well as digital pathology, is highly desirable.

We believe you have:

• A university degree (e.g., MSc) in marketing, medicine, technology, or a related field

• Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager

• Strong ability to analyze, prioritize, and solve complex problems

• A structured, proactive approach and confidence working across functions

• Experience handling a wide range of technical or business challenges

• The ability to plan and deliver work independently with high quality

Practical details:

• Location: Lund, Sweden (HQ)

• Reporting to: Director of Product Management

• Travel: 30 days
