Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead major industrial investment projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Manage projects related to installation of manufacturing equipment for new products.
• Drive replacement or upgrade of existing production lines and equipment.
• Implement new technologies and processes to meet environmental and occupational safety requirements.
• Take full ownership of project delivery including budget, forecast, financial outcome, and timeline.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including engineers, purchasers, and controllers.
• Plan and oversee procurement activities and supplier coordination.
• Manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and commissioning phases.
• Ensure structured reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements of processes, methods, and routines within the PMO.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager in industrial environments.
• Experience managing large CAPEX or investment projects.
• Experience within Life Science industry is highly valuable.
• Knowledge of process installations such as tanks, piping systems, and control systems.
• Experience with facility modifications and industrial upgrades.
• Project management certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects over long timelines.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and delivery-focused working style.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical interest and strong understanding of engineering aspects in industrial projects.
