Assignment Description

We are looking for a Site Coordinator

What You Will Work On

  • Coordinate and lead daily site activities for plant modifications in Work Package #2.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to safety, quality, schedule, and scope requirements.
  • Act as the main contact for contractors, subcontractors, and internal site functions.
  • Monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate changes when needed.
  • Report status, deviations, and risks to the Project Manager and WP Owner #2.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve site-related issues.
  • Ensure all work meets technical, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Forecast, manage, and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, or scope.
  • Support decision-making on changes and variations through impact analysis.
  • Collaborate with other site coordinators and functions to ensure efficient interfaces.
  • Participate in daily construction coordination and project meetings, and monthly Town Hall meetings.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in site coordination for large infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Documented experience with FG Condensate Treatment systems and heat pump technology.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading and coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel activities in a complex site environment.
  • Knowledge of construction and installation methodologies, site management, and relevant safety regulations.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to handle safety risks and delays related to plant modifications.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and proactive mindset.
