In this assignment, you will take a senior role in strengthening Identity and Access Management by bridging HR processes and identity governance. You will work closely with HR and IAM stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and contribute to an enterprise-wide IAM transformation.

• Lead integration activities between HR and an Identity Governance Administration (IGA) tool
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) between HR and IAM teams
• Lead IAM-related work for the Fieldglass HR tool
• Support an enterprise IAM transformation initiative

• Senior-level experience in IAM
• Understanding of HR-to-IAM/IGA tool integrations
• Understanding of IAM processes
