About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Associate Level) for a consulting assignment within a global industrial organization. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level systems in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The assignment is within a large-scale IT organization supporting critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems

• Work with Java-based applications and contribute to backend development tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvements

• Follow coding standards and document technical solutions

• Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software development (or relevant academic experience)

• Basic knowledge of Java

• Strong willingness to learn and grow within software engineering

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill)

• Exposure to enterprise IT environments

• Internship or trainee experience within software development
