You will join an advanced R&D environment focused on next-generation rotating equipment and mechanical systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to technology development in a highly technical and collaborative setting, taking ideas from early concepts through robust, production-ready design solutions.

• Drive mechanical design work in R&D projects from concept through finished design
• Identify, propose, and implement innovative technical solutions
• Solve complex engineering challenges independently and in collaboration with others
• Contribute structured input by identifying technical risks and problems early
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-integrated solutions
• Stay up to date on scientific and technological developments and share insights with the team

• Experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Advanced CAD skills (NX preferred)
• Background in mechanical design, preferably within rotating equipment or similar complex products
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership from concept to finished design
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of lubrication systems
