Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage complex projects and program-level initiatives
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and define schedules
• Determine resource requirements and coordinate multi-project efforts
• Monitor project progress, including cost, timing, and staffing metrics
• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
• Identify and resolve obstacles to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery
• Integrate vendor tasks into project plans and track deliverables
• Align multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure project success
• Develop and implement operational plans, new products, processes, or standards that drive functional results
• Provide expert guidance and governance across interrelated projects and business transformation programs

What You Bring

• 12+ years of relevant project/program management experience
• Recognized expert in general project management, preferably with advanced education or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
• Experience managing complex, multi-delivery projects with significant business impact
• Strong ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders, including executives
• Proven experience in operations, finance, HR, logistics, or purchasing projects
• Skilled in resource planning, risk management, and project monitoring
• Strong communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop operational plans and implement impactful processes or standards
• Experience integrating vendor contributions into project execution
• Track record of delivering business transformation projects successfully
