UX Designer

UX Designer – Linköping (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for a long-term consulting assignment in Linköping.

As a UX Designer, you will work throughout the entire development process and be responsible for ensuring excellent usability and high quality in digital services and systems. You will collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and business representatives to create user-centered and accessible solutions.

Location: Linköping, Sweden (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Assignment Period:

17 August 2026 – 28 February 2027, with the possibility of extension until August 2027.

Scope:

80–100%

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user studies and needs analyses

• Translate business needs into requirements and design solutions

• Develop interaction designs, wireframes, and prototypes

• Plan and conduct usability testing

• Ensure solutions meet accessibility requirements according to WCAG

• Contribute to and maintain design systems

• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business teams

• Work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Several years of experience in UX Design and Interaction Design

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and prototyping

• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools

• Knowledge of WCAG and accessible design principles

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

• Swedish citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare-related systems

• Experience designing for diverse user groups, preferably healthcare professionals

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems

• Experience working in complex organizations and multidisciplinary teams
