You will lead a business transformation initiative within Technical Communication. The assignment focuses on modernizing processes, tools, and ways of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies. You’ll combine structured project leadership with a strong understanding of technical documentation ecosystems, acting as the bridge between business needs and IT delivery.

• Lead and manage a business transformation project within Technical Communication
• Define and drive project scope, objectives, deliverables, and a delivery-focused project plan
• Establish governance, documentation, reporting, and follow-up in line with the project methodology
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decision paths to ensure progress
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and align a broad stakeholder network
• Drive change management activities, including communication and engagement to support adoption
• Coordinate project team members across IT, tool development, and business representatives
• Manage budget and resource planning within the project
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and support prioritization and problem-solving

• Extensive experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and content consumption from an end-user and factory perspective
• Experience with documentation and translation workflows
• Knowledge of templates, structured content, and different document types
• Familiarity with CMS and XML-based authoring environments
• Understanding of metadata structures and governance
• Experience with SAP equipment structures
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and act as the bridge between business and IT
• Understanding of the link between knowledge management and technical documentation
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, Windchill, Arbortext, SAP, Poka, and SharePoint
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Ability to complete a pre-assignment drug test
