Senior Product Manager – Working Capital Solutions

As a Senior Product manager for Working Capital Solutions, you will lead this transformation. You will shape the strategy, define the roadmap, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to build products that enables sustainable loan book growth while maintaining strong risk and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important product and build something that truly stands out in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for our Factoring product.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, with a strong understanding of business impact, risk, and operational implications, making data-driven decisions on what to build next.

• Identify new product opportunities and drive discovery within working capital and adjacent secured lending spaces.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, credit, risk, compliance, operations, and commercial stakeholders.

• Continuously improve product performance across growth, profitability, credit quality, and customer experience.

• Ensure our solutions are robust, compliant, and operationally scalable.

What We’re Looking For

You bring solid experience from financial products, ideally factoring, working capital, SME lending, revolving credit, or secured lending. You understand credit mechanics, risk considerations, funding structures, and operational flows. You are comfortable operating with autonomy. You take ownership, structure ambiguity, and move initiatives forward without waiting for perfect clarity. You make decisions and stand by them.
