About the RoleDo you enjoy bringing structure to complex change processes and keeping critical services moving in the right direction? In this role, you will help coordinate and improve change management in a global enterprise environment where many activities run in parallel and decisions need to be made with both speed and quality in mind.
You will work close to both technical and business stakeholders, supporting a well-governed change process from intake through implementation and follow-up. The role suits you if you like balancing risk, urgency, dependencies, and communication while maintaining a strong service mindset. It is a great opportunity to work with modern ITSM practices, ServiceNow, and ITIL-based ways of working in a large-scale environment.
Job Description- You will coordinate the full change lifecycle, from intake and validation to planning, scheduling, implementation oversight, and post-implementation review.
- You will manage multiple changes at the same time and help create structure in a fast-paced environment.
- You will assess impact, risk, urgency, and dependencies to support clear and well-informed decisions.
- You will handle collision management and blackout planning to reduce disruption and improve delivery quality.
- You will prepare and facilitate CAB meetings and make sure outcomes are documented and followed up.
- You will support compliance with ITIL standards and internal governance throughout the change process.
- You will drive continuous improvement based on data, process insights, and operational needs.
- You will keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication across technical teams and business functions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 and modern ITSM practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Technical understanding across cloud, networking, platforms, and applications.
- Ability to manage and coordinate changes in complex environments with many parallel activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to make clear decisions under pressure.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- ITIL-related certifications.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
