Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate environments and end-to-end activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Support implementation activities related to the Manufacturing Target Map initiative.
• Coordinate test cases and manage database refresh activities.
• Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Document results and communicate updates to stakeholders and program leadership.
• Work closely with IT teams, production stakeholders, and project members.
• Support structured execution of testing and implementation phases.
• Facilitate collaboration across different sites and teams operating within the same time zone.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong experience in test management or coordinating testing activities.
• Ability to coordinate complex environments and cross-site initiatives.
• Experience documenting outcomes and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing IT systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing is considered a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Sweden and collaborate within Swedish time zones.
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused working style.
