Requirements What does the role involve? .Perform nursing duties, procedures, and patient observations .Provide pre- and postoperative nursing care to patients .Document care through treatment plans, targeted interventions, and evaluations .Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure the best possible patient experience during their stay .Coordinate patient discharges and collaborate closely with municipal healthcare services .Supervise and train students and new employees

What qualifications are important in this role? .Norwegian authorisation as a registered nurse, or completion of nursing education with authorisation expected by summer 2026 .Good IT skills .Strong Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken
