Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Offer Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead product offer management activities, including packaging, positioning, and adaptation of product offerings.
  • Manage large-scale projects and end-to-end processes with limited oversight from management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within Product Offer Management, supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine product structures to ensure market relevance and commercial competitiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between product, sales, operations, and other business units.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to junior team members and lower-level professionals.
  • Contribute to internal trainings and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Handle complex and ambiguous challenges requiring strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within Product Management, Product Offer Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven experience managing large projects or end-to-end business processes independently.
  • Strong ability to package, position, and optimize product offerings for market success.
  • Experience working in complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching and reviewing the work of other professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex and challenging business problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and strategic mindset with strong business understanding.
