Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead product and system development programs in alignment with defined processes, methods, and standards.
  • Own and manage the Engineering Management Plan, ensuring effective execution across all engineering domains.
  • Drive program strategy across design, RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability), cybersecurity, verification & validation (V&V), baselines, and technical deviations.
  • Ensure the product system meets QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets through structured follow-up and analysis.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks impacting development and delivery timelines.
  • Lead the core engineering team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, and Industrialization functions.
  • Ensure structured execution of design reviews and peer reviews.
  • Oversee configuration management in collaboration with the Configuration Manager.
  • Manage requirements, documentation, baselines, and CCB (Change Control Board) processes.
  • Support the Program Manager in cost estimations, planning activities, and QCD analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and report risks, deviations, and technical impacts affecting delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with technical architects to ensure robust system architecture and high-quality engineering outputs.
  • Contribute to procurement alignment and ensure quality in supplier-related engineering deliverables.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system or product development within project or program environments.
  • Strong technical domain expertise and solid System Engineering knowledge.
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally in complex engineering organizations.
  • Proven experience with concurrent engineering methodologies.
  • Experience in RAM analysis, safety design, and QCD governance.
  • Solid understanding of quality management and lifecycle processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with program-level coordination and strategic oversight.
